IPO Rader Japan provides analytics, data, and tools related to initial public offerings on Japanese stock exchanges. The Service includes a web dashboard, API access (for eligible plans), and email notifications.

The information provided by the Service is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Service’s content as such. IPO Rader Japan does not recommend that any securities be bought, sold, or held by you. 4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, IPO Rader Japan makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information. Data is sourced from public filings, exchanges, and third-party providers and may contain errors or delays.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPO Rader Japan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
